I was delighted to speak on the power of French courts to order evidence measures to be carried out abroad in the conference on the Collection of Evidence Abroad organised by ACE in Paris on January 30th, 2024.

It was a pleasure participating in this conference on Enforcing Arbitral Awards against Sovereigns: Recent Trends and Practice, in Luxembourg on January 10th, 2024.

I was delighted to discuss the compared attractiveness of French and London commercial courts at the Paris conference celebrating the fifth anniversary of the establishment of the international chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal.
