I enjoyed giving two seminars on cross border family dispute resolution in the Multilevel, Multiparty and Multisector Cross-Border Litigation in Europe Module convened by Albert Henke in Milan. The first seminar was held on May 4th, 2022 and focused on abolition on exequatur under the Brussels II ter Regulation. The second was held on May 5th and focused on parallel litigation under the Brussels II ter Regulation.
I was delighted to speak in the Judgtrust conference organised by the Asser Institute on April 21st, 2022 on Revised rules on recognition and enforcement: abolishing exequatur and provisional measures enforceable under the Brussels Ia Regulation.
The first meeting of the EAPIL Working Group on International Property Law took place in Würzburg on Nov. 15-17, 2021. The Working Group aims at proposing a regulation on choice of law on property matters. The Working Group will hold its next meeting online in February 2022.

The EFFORTS Project held a France and Luxembourg National Exchange Seminar on September 24th, 2021. I was delighted to participate in the last round table on Cross-Cutting Issues Relevant to Cross-Border Enforcement of Claims Within the EU.
